The biggest problem with almost every ice cream sandwich is that they all melt too quickly! Our take on this cold treat is based off of our Chocotora, dulce de leche cream sandwiched between two coffee soaked dark chocolate cookies, and since ours doesn’t have any ice cream in it - it doesn’t melt in your hands!
